Tendering manager

The Mission
Safeguard Armor is scaling our international government tender divison via AI-powered tender engine. We target are scaling to 1000 government tender submissions per month globally. We need a pro-active, commerically aware Tendering Manager to manage our end to end submissions.
You will own the end-to-end workflow: from the moment our AI identifies a tender, through supplier coordination and lab testing, to the final portal submission. You will not just report on numbers; you will force the machine to move.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tender Factory Management (The Production Line)
- Workflow Orchestration: Own the daily schedule for 50+ live tenders. You will allocate resources, chase bottlenecks (labs, suppliers, internal data), and ensure every single bid is submitted before the deadline.
- Crisis Intervention: When our AI hits a wall (e.g., a portal login fails, a document is missing), you are the one who manually intervenes, finds the workaround, and keeps...
