Tendering & Project Officer – Electrification & Automation

Responsibilities

• Leading the full tender process including scoping, costing, technical clarifications, preparation of Bills of Materials, and pricing strategies for LV/MV switchgear, protection & control systems, substation automation, SCADA, and digital power solutions.
• Preparing compliant technical and commercial proposals, conducting risk assessments, aligning cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams, and participating in customer meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
• Managing projects from contract award to handover and warranty closure, including establishing project baseline (scope, schedule, budget, risk register), coordinating engineering, procurement, production, FAT, logistics, installation, commissioning, and ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
