Job Description: Tender Executive

Location: NSP, New Delhi (On site)

Experience: 2–6 Years

Industry: IT Services / Cybersecurity / Software Development

Role Overview

Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting government and private tenders, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely submissions.

& will support the sales team in solution designing, proposal creation, client presentations, and technical team co-ordination to drive deal closures.

Key Responsibilities -

Tender Management

• Monitor GEM, CPPP, state portals, PSU portals, and private tender platforms
• Identify relevant IT, cybersecurity, and software development tenders
• Analyze RFP/RFQ/EOI documents and eligibility criteria
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids
