Tendering Specialist

1. Tender Review & Technical Analysis

• Study and interpret defense tenders (RFP, RFQ, NIT, EOI) from MoD, CAPFs, PSUs, OEMs, and international clients.
• Identify technical requirements, compliance parameters, eligibility criteria, and contractual conditions.
• Perform detailed technical-commercial feasibility analysis with engineering, production, and QA teams.
• Prepare Technical Compliance Statements (TCS) and deviation lists.

2. Risk Analysis & Commercial Assessment

• Review tender documents for commercial, legal, taxation, and delivery-related risks.
• Perform Risk Analysis using internal frameworks covering financial, operational, and country-specific clauses.
• Prepare risk analysis reports for management approval and update them based on feedback.
• Share recommendations with CEO, Head Commercial, and key stakeholders on bid participation strategy. ...
