Tendering specialist

1. Tender Review & Technical Analysis
- Study and interpret defense tenders (RFP, RFQ, NIT, EOI) from Mo D, CAPFs, PSUs, OEMs, and international clients.
- Identify technical requirements, compliance parameters, eligibility criteria, and contractual conditions.
- Perform detailed technical-commercial feasibility analysis with engineering, production, and QA teams.
- Prepare Technical Compliance Statements (TCS) and deviation lists.
2. Risk Analysis & Commercial Assessment
- Review tender documents for commercial, legal, taxation, and delivery-related risks.
- Perform Risk Analysis using internal frameworks covering financial, operational, and country-specific clauses.
- Prepare risk analysis reports for management approval and update them based on feedback.
- Share recommendations with CEO, Head Commercial, and key stakeholders on bid participation strategy.
