About The Role
The Cost & Proposal Engineer is responsible for supporting the preparation and submission of competitive technical & commercial proposals for tendering activities. The role involves reviewing tender requirements, performing technical assessments, developing cost estimates, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions in accordance with client requirements and relevant industry standards.
What You Will Do
Proposal & Tender Preparation
Review tender document, including drawings, specifications, scope of works, commercial requirements etc., to identify key requirements, deliverables, assumptions and risks.
Assist in the preparation of complete technical and commercial proposals in compliance with client requirements and tender conditions.
Support Business Development team in compiling and submitting complete tender & proposal documents within stipulated timeline.
