1. Tender Review & Technical Analysis
Study and interpret defense tenders (RFP, RFQ, NIT, EOI) from MoD, CAPFs, PSUs, OEMs, and international clients.
Identify technical requirements, compliance parameters, eligibility criteria, and contractual conditions.
Perform detailed

technical-commercial feasibility

analysis with engineering, production, and QA teams.
Prepare

Technical Compliance Statements (TCS)

and deviation lists.

2. Risk Analysis & Commercial Assessment
Review tender documents for commercial, legal, taxation, and delivery-related risks.
Perform

Risk Analysis

using internal frameworks covering financial, operational, and country-specific clauses.
Prepare risk analysis reports for management approval and update them based on feedback.
Share recommendations with CEO, Head Commercial, and key stakeholders on bid participation strategy.
