Term Technician (O/CW-HLS/TERM_TECH/06/26)

Major Duties

: (a) To assist Marketing Officer in executing programme activities, events and campaigns, including basic media editing and graphics creation; (b) To support production of promotional materials and collaterals, including inventory tracking; (c) To manage social media content and assist with website updates; (d) To handle event logistics, inbound calls, stakeholder liaison and appointment booking; (e) To provide general administrative support (e.g., visitor itineraries, procurement assistance, basic reports); and (f) To perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or his / her delegates.
