The Terminal Checker is responsible for receiving and releasing containers at the Terminal and also facilitates pre-advising of cargoes in accordance with Trans Asia Shipping Lines Inc., policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitates pre-advising of outbound cargoes
• Facilitates issuance of Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) to the client and the client's representative
• Ensure Equipment Movement Entries are updated timely and religiously manner
• Communicates with Customer Service, Cy Operations, Transport Team on any discrepancies related to the acceptance and releases of containers
• Uploads Equipment Delivery Order list
• Update N4 system of MNHPI for all empty releases
• Validates Authority to Withdraw provided by Transport department prior issuance of Equipment Interchange Receipt
