About the role

As a Terminal Coordinator at PTC Agency and Transport, Inc., you will play a crucial role acting as the port agent and liaison officer while the project is on-going. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating and providing assistance in carrying out the day-to-day responsibilities of Special Projects - Husbanding Team.

What you'll be doing

• To act as the day-to-day point of contact for PTC Shipman, PTC Logistics, Shipowners, and Terminal personnel.
• To coordinate and resolve day-to-day small operational matters.
• To escalate and report severe concerns to his superior.
• To source spares, stores, tools, etc. locally
• To closely monitor vessel operations and file daily reports
• To monitor vessel schedules and turnaround time
• To coordinate berth allocation with the terminal
