Terminal Manager – Midland Transport, Concord, Ontario
Midland Transport is seeking an experienced, results‑driven terminal manager to lead its large pickup and delivery (P&D) transport terminal. The role is accountable for safe, efficient, cost‑effective operations while achieving financial and customer performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Managing all terminal operations, including dispatch, dock, and P&D functions to ensure efficient daily freight movements.
• Ensuring optimal routing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet service commitments.
• Partnering with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs and resolve escalations.
