JOB TITLE : TERMINAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
REPORTS TO : TERMINAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT : PPI - SAN PASCUAL BATANGAS
SUPERVISES/OVERSEES :
I. JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible for ensuring/coordinating barge loading and import receiving operations to be on time and inventory management of the company's merchandise stocks.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility for this position is to ensure accuracy and timely coordination with the Terminal of day-to-day operations activities including the following tasks:
Review computations of tank withdrawals vs ship's receipts figures.
Analyze the daily operating gains / losses performance for each tank and conducts investigation for any abnormal gains/losses.
Submit the Stock Position Report to the Terminal Operations Manager when Terminal Operations Associate is not available.
