An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Sales Independents team, leading the growth of our Independent grocery channel across NSW (inc. Sydney Metro & Regional).
As a BDM, you will play a critical role in representing Kellanova in the field, managing relationships and executing strategies across key independent retailers. Youll take ownership of your territory, driving sales, visibility, and execution of strategic initiatives to strengthen our presence and performance in market.
Please note this is a 12-month Fixed-Term contract.
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing:
Management of Tier 2 Independents groups, including negotiating and delivering promotional programs, growth opportunities, and local area marketing
Direction and management of dedicated merchandisers, including planning, coverage, direction, and reporting.
