Territory Development Supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
• With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management.
• Must have a valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 12/123 or AB/ABC

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Works with the Market Territory Manager to plan the sales and business development of the designated geographic territory.
• Accountable for setting up itineraries and routes in accordance with sales goals.
• Evaluates reports for timeliness and accuracy and, if needed, evaluates corrective action plans.
