Territory Lead Instruments

**We are looking for a Territory Lead for our Instruments division in Dubaï:**



**What You Will Do**



+ Promote Stryker products and support customer needs while serving as the resident expert for your product line.

+ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders in your territory.

+ Drive territory performance by developing and implementing strategies that support product adoption, market growth, and customer engagement.

+ Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and in-field activities based on regional objectives and customer requirements.

+ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and product developments; share relevant insights with your manager.

+ Review customer requests for proposals and prepare complete and accurate material lists aligned with their needs.
