What You Will Do

• Promote Stryker products and support customer needs while serving as the resident expert for your product line.

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders in your territory.

• Drive territory performance by developing and implementing strategies that support product adoption, market growth, and customer engagement.

• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and in‑field activities based on regional objectives and customer requirements.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and product developments; share relevant insights with your manager.
