As a **Territory Lead, Joint Replacement (Dubai)** , you will champion Stryker’s industry-leading orthopedic solutions—supporting hospitals and surgeons in Dubai with our comprehensive Joint Replacement portfolio (https://www.stryker.com/us/en/portfolios/orthopaedics/joint-replacement.html) . You will partner closely with orthopedic surgeons, operating room teams, and biomedical staff, becoming their trusted expert on implants, surgical workflows, and enabling technologies. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive territory growth through clinical excellence, strong customer partnerships, and strategic execution. _The role may also include supporting Mako/robotics where needed._
