Job Purpose
Achievement of the sales target and growth for Malaysia, as determined by the company.
Monitor distributors/ customers monthly Sales performance, recommend and implement appropriate actions plans for sales target achievement.
Identify and penetrate Key Strategies End-Users, to secure the accounts and create the new sales opportunities directly or through distributors.
Execute Key Strategic Growth Initiatives as determined by the company and achieved company set growth target
