Job Description

Responsibilities: 
 Handling sales operations (prospecting, application study, negotiation, execution, payment collection) Training and supporting business partner teams in Vidharba, MP and CG 
Driving growth with key accounts and retail market 
Team leadership and coordination with aftermarket and distributor teams 
Achieving sales targets and enhancing market share 
Identifying new opportunities and tracking competition 
Analysing TTM and market share for improvements 
Supporting reporting manager and marketing team 
Promoting new products with technical services 
Effective communication with teams and customers 
Managing receivables. 
Handle large retail customers, key accounts, and projects 
Learn about various hydraulic attachments and their applications 
Develop dealer management and man management skills
