Job Description

Job Summary:
Hologic is seeking a dynamic and driven Surgical Territory Manager (TM) to join our Canadian sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, with a focus on surgical products and the operating room.
The TM will successfully manage a territory promoting the company’s GYN surgical products to meet established sales objectives and goals in an ethical manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute an interactive, strategic, and tactical territory Sales Plan; including business reviews, education and events plan.
Provide and achieve sales forecast objectives for all products, to include capital equipment and related disposables for both hysteroscopic and laparoscopic product lines.
Conduct sales calls, build rapport, and make presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, hospital foundations and others necessary to achieve territory sales object...
