Territory Manager, Surgery (Norway)

BD is a leading global medical technology company dedicated to advancing health. We seek an independent, driven Territory Manager to develop and grow our Surgery portfolio in Norway, with a strong focus on Hernia Solutions and Breast Reconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales performance across Norway for the Surgery portfolio, focusing on Hernia and Breast Reconstruction.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with surgeons, nurses, and decision‑makers.
• Actively manage and influence tender processes, ensuring alignment with procurement requirements and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver product demonstrations, clinical workshops, and educational training sessions.
• Identify, initiate, and execute new commercial opportunities within the territory.
• Collaborate with the Nordic sales and marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and symposia.
