Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with local colleges, institutes, and training centers in Barrackpore and West Bengal area.
- Build basic relationships with colleges, coaching centers, and academic partners.
- Coordinate and support career seminars, workshops, and student awareness sessions.
- Assist in local business development and lead generation activities.
- Identify potential students, partners, and opportunities in the assigned area.
- Follow up with leads and help in closing enrollments.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2–3 years of experience in education, training institutes, or sales/BD roles.
- Basic network in colleges, coaching centers, or local education institutes is a plus.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to work on the field.
- Good communication skill.
