Job Description

Key Job Objective:

The Territory Sales Associate is responsible for achieving the total sales target of his assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Business Development: Research, identify, and connect with new potential customers (leads) in the territory.
  • Sales & Presentations: Present products/services, answer customer questions, demonstrate features, and negotiate terms.
  • Account Management: Build & maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying up/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Territory Planning: Develop strategies for the assigned region, understanding local market needs, challenges, and competitor activity.
  • Reporting & Admin: Track sales activities, report results (weekly/monthly/quarterly), and maintain accurate customer data in Taskflow systems.
