About The Role The Cement Territory Sales Managers overall responsibility is to develop and sustain a business strategy designed to expand/defend market share, provide basic technical support to Amrize customers, and to lead marketing and sales efforts within the territory.

What You’ll Accomplish

Develop the business strategy to achieve targets such as market share, market penetration, and technical leadership within the territory.

Understand how to both determine and deliver a value proposition to customers.

Develop plans to maximize the potential customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, through product expertise and investigating any concerns or issues that may arise.
