MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
This role focuses on driving sales and business development for premium tea and beverage solutions under the HOT Tea Shop brand in the HORECA and Corporate segments. The candidate will engage with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, manage distributors, and grow the business in the assigned territory as per company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the HORECA (incl Hot tea shops) and corporate channel for Hot Tea Shop products, focusing on hotels, cafes, restaurants, and offices.
Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
Understand client needs and service with right product mix solutions to enhance customer experience.
