Territory Sales Officer

Mablay Beauty | VINCÉ is looking for a competent Territory Sales Officer with a strong background in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care sales within General Trade to lead our sales efforts in the assigned territory.
Below are the details:
Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team in the assigned territory.
Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
Build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers to grow sales.
Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers while keeping up-to-date with products and competitors.
Field-based role — the majority of time will be spent in the market .
Skills & Qualifications:
Business graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving sales growth, especially in General Trade.
1-2 years of experience in General Trade sales , preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care products .
