* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or related mechanical/piping markets.* **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Ability to navigate diverse customer environments.* **Skills:** Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
