Territory Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Overseeing the sales operation of their assigned area
• Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded
• Establish, maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities
• Hire, develop and motivate sales personnel
• Has experience handling both General Trade operations

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in people management
• Preferably with experience in customer relationship management, planning and implementing sales strategies
• At least 2 years of working experience in the FMCG Industry or in a related field is required for this position
