JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for executing territory-level sales, onboarding, and deployment activities for PSS-Operations solutions across MSMEs, Electric Cooperatives, Water Districts, and other utility or institutional segments.

The role focuses on frontline prospecting, solution presentation, merchant and institutional onboarding, deployment coordination, and transaction adoption, ensuring that onboarded accounts become active, revenue-generating partners.

The Territory Solutions Head serves as the primary field execution arm of PSS-Operations within the assigned territory, working closely with Branch Retail, GSS, and central support teams to deliver sustainable growth outcomes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
