CORE PROFILE

The Territory Solutions Lead is a results-driven and experienced sales professional responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with merchants, accredited partners, and agents. The TSM must demonstrate solid territory expertise and financial product knowledge, identifying opportunities to expand the merchant base and cross-sell banking products through partners, aggregators, and strategic partnerships.

What you need to succeed
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Acquire merchants, and grow the Maya Business use cases and loans GTV in the assigned territory via accredited partners and agencies.
  • Directly manage the key merchants in the assigned territory by cross-selling Maya solutions, collecting and submitting documents, providing after-sales support, and distributing and auditing trade merchandise.
