Job Overview

Apulaisprofessor (Assistant Professor or Associate Professor) in Health Services Research for the School of Health Sciences at Tampere University.

The assignment will begin on 1 January 2027 or as mutually agreed and is a five‑year tenure‑track position. Each new employee undergoes a six‑month probationary period.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• conduct scientific research in health care systems and health services research;
• develop and lead a world‑class research programme;
• deliver research‑based teaching in Finnish and/or English;
• engage in societal interaction and international collaboration within the field;
• contribute to the overall development of health services research.
