Test Analyst (Data)

Role Overview

Responsible for designing and executing automated test cases for Data Lake platforms, ensuring data integrity, and validating workflows across APIs and ETL processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Data Lake ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Validate data consistency and schema compliance across environments.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API testing (REST, FIX) and data validation using SQL.
• Manage defects via JIRA and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years in software testing with at least 2 years in automation for data platforms.
