We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our core business applications and systems. You should have a solid IT background, strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle, and experience applying comprehensive testing strategies for enterprise systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Test Planning & Design: Work closely with business analysts and developers to define comprehensive test plans and design test cases for system implementations and upgrades.
• Test Execution & Reporting: Execute test cases across various testing phases (System, Integration, Regression, UAT). Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution. Provide clear, concise, and timely progress reports.
