Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing activities
- Understand business requirements and prepare effective test scenarios and test cases
- Perform test execution, defect logging, retesting, and status reporting
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders for requirement clarifications and test coverage alignment
- Prepare test traceability matrix (RTM) and ensure quality deliverables throughout the testing lifecycle
- Participate in defect triage discussions and follow up defects till closure
- Strong experience in Functional Testing and Manual Testing
- Good understanding of SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing
- Experience with defect management and reporting tools such as Jira/ALM
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments will be an added advantage
