1. Conducting thorough testing and evaluation of automatic machine or project to identify and resolve any issues
2. Providing prompt and efficient on-site or remote technical support and servicing to customers

4. Collaborating with the Design team to enhance product design and performance
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to suggest innovative solutions
