Our Client in Rustenburg is seeking a skilled and experienced Test-Bay Foreman to supervise electrical testing operations on LV AC motors and oversee Test-Bay staff. The successful candidate will ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient workflow within the workshop environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Red Seal Trade Test – Armature Winder
• SAQA-aligned competency (NQF Level 4 Armature Winder qualification)

Experience & Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in armature winding, electrical testing, and mechanical/electrical repairs
• Supervisory experience in an armature workshop / Test-Bay environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
