Test bed Manager

Job Summary

The (Mechanical) Engineering Manager is responsible for managing a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing the design and development of mechanical systems and components. This role ensures the implementation of engineering strategies and influences technical practices. This job profile is intended for People Managers of more senior expert-level employees (P20–P40, M20).

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the team that performs hydraulic and functional tests for centrifugal pumps


• Ensure that area safety guidelines are met


• Attention and follow-up with clients to provide technical support


• Implementation of continuous improvement projects


• Development of strategies for cost reduction, optimization, and productivity KPI’s management


• Collaborate with the company’s vision to achieve objectives
