About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test & Commissioning Manager to lead the testing, commissioning, and system integration of metro power supply systems in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all T&C activities, ensuring system safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with international standards and project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for metro power supply systems.
• Coordinate system integration, functional testing, and safety validation of electrical and power systems.
• Plan, develop, and implement T&C procedures, testing schedules, and checklists in line with project milestones.
• Supervise test engineers and subcontractors during on-site testing and commissioning works. Ensure all testing activities comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and relevant international standards.
