Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure that all safety precautions are followed on the job site.
• Ensure that safety precautions and procedures are implemented.
• Ensure the quality of the elevator and/or escalator in terms of safety and functioning.
• Monitor all trouble calls nationwide and respond appropriately.

Testing and Commissioning

• Perform initial testing, high-speed testing, load testing, feature testing, and troubleshooting of elevators and/or escalators.
• Carry out testing and commissioning with the client or other parties.
• Keep track of tasks involving ongoing elevator and/or escalator testing assigned to you.
• Assist and perform troubleshooting or major rectifications (elevators and escalators).
• Inspect, evaluate, and recommend modernization for old units (with the help of mechanical installation QA).
