Test Coordinator (ICH / Workday)

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Test Coordinator to lead and coordinate testing activities within a large-scale Workday and HR transformation programme. The successful candidate will ensure all testing phases are executed in a controlled, traceable, and quality-driven manner, supporting successful system releases and compliance with business and statutory requirements. Working within a global, multi-vendor environment, the Test Coordinator will be accountable for test delivery, defect management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and overall testing quality throughout the project lifecycle.
