Test Development Engineer

About the role

As a Test Development Engineer at AcBel Polytech (Phils.) Inc.', you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical and electronic products. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing innovative test solutions to assess the performance and functionality of our cutting-edge technologies.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, procedures, and processes to ensure product quality and reliability for power supply and SPS products.
• Design, build, qualify, and automate test equipment, fixtures, and error-proofing systems to improve testing efficiency.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions for test-related failures and escapes.
