SUMMARY
:Design ICtest solution for both R&D debugging and production test release for NPI projects
Support Design/Product/Quality & Reliability teams on ATE test & data analysis during NPI projects
Work on yield improvement, test time reduction, tester platform conversion, new CMI projects, etc..
Support and debug production test issues, customer return case, support Application/Quality & Reliability teams to analyze failures with ATE test data.
Experience in test development, multi-site test programming, tester platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hardware design with Altium software.
DFT review with designers to figure out feasibility and optimize test method.
Program coding generating, debugging & releasing.
ATE evaluation report with yield, bin summary, distribution analysis...
