Test Development Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Support modification, debugging, and maintenance of test scripts in collaboration with engineering teams
• Provide full-time on-site, hands-on technical support for testing activities
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting test execution issues and improving test stability
• Assist with ad hoc programming projects during low-demand periods, supporting various automation and development needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and documentation
• Document test modifications, troubleshooting steps, and improvements for future reference

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in test development, scripting, or automation.
