1. Wafer test Engineer for NAND Flash products

-. 7+ years test engineering experience in Advantest & From30(TF4001S) in wafer test for NAND Flash.
-. Relevant experience in wafer test(NAND) to screen failures & to sort low grade dies for high quality SSD & uSD & uFD.
-. Strong knowledge of NAND Flash memory products.
-. Should generate test condition for NAND flash products
-. Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills.
-. Customer support experience for SSD to screen estimated failures is a major plus.

2. PKG test Engineer for NAND Flash products
