+ **Set up new products** and enhance test strategies for existing products to improve test efficiency, yield, and production capacity.

+ **Support our QA team** by analyzing customer failure samples and developing programs to prevent similar issues in the future.

+ **Train and guide technicians** to streamline daily repair operations.

+ **Troubleshoot test boards and testers** when IC failures occur, and implement permanent solutions.

+ **Ensure smooth operation** of test stations by monitoring performance, stability, and robustness, and investigating any deviations.
