Job Description
Manage test area and resources to achieve GPV KPI’s and customer requirements.
Do service, maintenance, and calibration Test equipment to get a high performance of machines.
Investigate for new tools and necessary equipment for production.
Develop and improve testing.
Develop best practices for testing area focused on cost reduction and efficiency.
Promote use of lean manufacturing techniques for improvement of test area.
Provide required training to staff according GPV strategy and customer requirements.
Drive statistical analysis for performance improvement
Support NPI activity
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic engineering or any other career that allow position performing
Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking.
Good command for English.
Minimum 2 years’ experience from Electronics production (EMS).
