Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing test issues by collaborating with quality assurance, design, and operations teams, often using root cause analysis methods.
Perform verifications of manufacturing processes and test equipment to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory requirements.
Train and mentor technicians on testing methodologies and equipment use.
Analyze test data and product/process performance metrics to identify defects, help to improve first pass yield, and recommend corrective actions.
