**What You Will Do ***

+ Validation of functional testing results including electrical and mechanical systems of each product line.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing test issues by collaborating with quality assurance, design, and operations teams, often using root cause analysis methods.
+ Perform verifications of manufacturing processes and test equipment to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory requirements.
+ Train and mentor technicians on testing methodologies and equipment use.
+ Analyze test data and product/process performance metrics to identify defects, help to improve first pass yield, and recommend corrective actions.
