Test Engineer

Summary:

The successful candidate in this role will define and own the end-to-end production and validation test strategy for PCBs and electronic equipment used in life safety products. You will create test requirements, develop detailed test plans/protocols, and ensure compliance with UL and other applicable standards. The position involves designing and building test fixtures and equipment, developing and maintaining test software, and taking full accountability for the quality and reliability of the test process. You will work closely with product design and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure products are testable and manufacturable, support design reviews with DFT input, and drive continuous improvement by analyzing test data to troubleshoot issues, improve yield, and reduce cycle time.
