Test Engineering

Description of Services:

·       Based on Yield Engineers' request to re -test IC
rejects and run voltage/temperature/frequency Shmoo analysis for rejects with
A93K tester or IBIS.

·       Provide ATE/IBIS analysis data & report to yield
engineer.

·       Provide Bench Electrical Failure Analysis support to
verify ATE test results if needed.

·       Deliverables and Results:

·       IC rejects re -test datalog, Shmoo analysis stdf data,
ATE/IBIS analysis reports.
